Day Centre

In collaboration with community partners, Alpha Court operates a Day Centre designed to enhance the social, mental and physical well-being of the participants. Through the provision of various recreational and psycho-educational groups, individuals will gain skills in developing positive coping mechanisms, promoting health and developing informal support networks.

In order to participate in our Day Centre programs, you will need to complete a Referral Form (3 pages).

Once your referral application has been received and processed by our office, you will be contacted by phone within 2 weeks.
